Networking and Best Practices
Course Abstract
Give your managers the tools and techniques they need to use networking to get information, collaborate on ideas and leverage best practices. This course covers the use of both horizontal and vertical networking to run ideas by peers, such as other managers (horizontal networking), or to gain knowledge of those at higher levels like GM, Multi Unit Manager or higher (vertical networking).
